Delete Account

Portability beta accounts are currently managed through email capture and web-managed beta access. To request deletion, email support@portabilityapp.net with the subject line "Delete Portability Account".

Deletion Scope

We will delete or de-identify beta profile data associated with your email, except records we are required to keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

Response Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
